connection problem with Yahoo

Nevermind, it must have been my office network after all.  I changed my Pidgin proxy settings from "Use Global.." to "Use Environmental.." and I'm connected.  Same fix worked for other Pidgin users in the office. Sorry for the unnecessary post!

Does anyone know of a problem with yahoo today?  I can connect fine to MSN & AIM, and people in my office are connected to Yahoo fine if they use Yahoo Messenger, so I don't think it's a change in my office's network.
