Pidgin lost buddy chat

Hi!

I use use pidgin 2.3.1 on Windows XP Pro.

Today I booted and started pidgin and noticed that
a chat is missing from the buddy list.
It was a channel on IRC. I am connected to the IRC server.
Before the channel was always in the buddy list and pifgin
automatically joined it when started.

Today there is no trace of it.

Yesterday I had a Windows crash, but still pidgin should not
lose its settings just like that.
