Pidgin icq fix for win32 users?

We're aware of this problem and are working on releasing a fixed
version.  The new version will be posted at http://pidgin.im/ when
it's released.  If you really want a fixed version you can try
grabbing the zip file from http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/6220 and
following the instructions there.
