Can't speak to the particular Set-Up this is in reference to but in My
case it refers to Contacts that are unavailable. For instance; I also
use Psi occasionally because I have Contacts that only trust GnuPG for
Secure IM. Now, If I have enabled Contacts/Buddy's using My Jabber
Transport Agents for Yahoo, MSN or ICQ then when I Open Pidgin without
the Jabber Transport Agents enabled [I use direct Buddy Lists in Pidgin]
then those Contacts establish via the Transport Agent are 'unavailable'
and have the Circle/Slash icon next to them.
