pidgin 242 and "Enter" plugin

Hi,
 
I see in the change list that a plugin needs to be installed to enable a
clickable ENTER button on the chat window. I am unable to find the plugin
listed within the program. I've checked the site, as well, and cannot locate
it. How can I get this working?
