Followed all the steps mentioned in the link but still the same problem.
Was not able to find few files mention and also not able to execute the
following comand.

sudo apt-get install gstreamer0.10-pitfdll gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg
gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad-multiverse
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse gxine
libxine-main1 libxine-extracodecs ogle ogle-gui

Result

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

Is there any media player available to play audio&video already updated
with the required codecs?
