Two typing notifications don't make sense. What do you think?

I believe that the problem would be mitigated by keeping strictly
separate the area where a message could arrive from the area where a
typing notification could appear. There is already code in gtkconv.c to
always reserve a line; it has been "#ifdef RESERVE_LINE"d-out. It would
be good to make this the default.
Putting the notification in the formatting toolbar is a
solution of the same kind, as would be placing a special gtkwidget at
the appropriate place specifically for typing notifications.
