Contact list pop-up window

I was wondering how I can get rid of this pop-up window:

I have disabled "show detailed information", but I can't seem to get rid of
the pop-up window. It pops up for example when scrolling through the contact
list, which can be annoying at times.

I hope there is something which can be done to solve the problem.
