New Mail Notification

I am running Pidgin 2.4.0 on WinXP.

How do I get a wav file to play when I get a
New Mail Notification?

Yes, I already looked in that but there
is no Event for "New Mail Notification"

All the Events listed under Sound Events
are Chat specific.
