Unable to register to trac on developer.pidgin.im

Hi everybody,

I'm having a problem registering developer.pidgin.im in order to submit a
bug report.
When I try to register I get the following message:
"Error
The password file could not be updated. Trac requires read and write access
to both the password file and its parent directory."

I'm sorry if I've mailed the wrong ml, this one seemed the most suitable.
Please direct me in the right way if I was wrong.
