Not Able To Use PIDGIIN

Hi Team, 

I am unable to use PIDGIN and getting following error. 

mthak at Allstate.com/Allstate Beehive IM disabled
401: Not Authorized 

Configuration View: Basic and Advance




Kindly give a guidance to enable the PIDGIN
