Disable the style when you copy paste something?

Hello,
 
how to disable the style when you copy paste something?

for example, I copy paste some text in color from a website in pidgin to
someone, then the style is copied.

BUT then, when I write something, I write in the same style of what I
just pasted, not rly handy, it would be better if the style come back to
default.

so:

how to totally disable style?
or
how to change the behaviour I just described
