How to Buzz in the pidgin.

Hi guys,

Does anybody know how to Buzz the friend in the pidgin. I search on the  
Internet and find out the way, which says to use the /buzz command. But  
it's not working.

When I tried the /buzz command it show me below error.

Syntax Error: You typed the wrong number of arguments to that command.
