Problem connecting to the server

Hi,

 

I've just downloaded and installed the new IM software. I followed the video
and entered the following information:

 

Protocol:       XMPP

User:            Eclectic

Pwd:             prince

Domain:        typists.quicktate.com

Resources:   qt

 

My account has been created no problem, but it doesn't connect.  Just
remains in the "Available - connecting" state and I do not see a list of
"buddies", it's blank.

 

What am I doing wrong?
