My German isn't too good, but Pidgin doesn't provide a service. It
neither provides an instant messaging service, nor a central support
service. Instant messaging services are provided by organisations like
MSN and Yahoo, and support for Pidgin, but not those services is
provided, on this list, by other users, acting as volunteers.

There is no paid for version of Pidgin. However, some people on this
list may be prepared to provide paid for support.

The exact capabilities of Pidgin will depend on the particular instant
messaging service you are using, so you need to tell us that. They also
depend on the version of Pidgin, and may depend on the operating system.

By "mails", do you mean email or instant messaging?

I think the question is:

Subject: My news

I'm unable to read [email|messages] that arrive in my absence.

(Invalid parameter)

Is this included in the free version of the Pidgin service?

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
