Now you see, based on her credentials and everything, I thought *maybe* 
this user just needed her account on the actual pidgin.im site reset (i.e. 
the Trac wiki), thus didn't provide the answer.

If the answer you gave is the one she was looking for, I'm going to be 
really sad.
