In "New status" or "Add" in "Saved statuses", click on the expander for "use
a different status for some account", should be self explanatory thereafter.

So for example if I have five accounts and I want 'busy" for all of them,
except for MSN I want "away" and for yahoo "available",
I would make a new status set to "busy", click on "use a different status
for some account", choose MSN account and set it to "away", choose yahoo
account and set it to "available".
