For future reference, instead of taking a screenshot of the Debug Window,
you can just copy-paste the contents into the email.
Since you're connecting to talk.google.com:443 through a HTTP proxy, try
checking "Force old (port 5223) SSL".

P.S. For everyone else, Pidgin sends the opening <stream:stream/> and then
the connection is closed with "Server closed the connection."
