Firstly, support at pidgin.im is a public mailing list, whose primary 
language is English.

You haven't told us your operating system, but currently audio and video 
support for Pidgin is only available when using Linux.  You need the 
very latest version of Pidgin, currently 2.6.1.  I haven't used them 
myself, so I don't know what other limitations exist.
