Pidgin Error in Windows 7 (64 bit)

Every time Pidgin starts, or Windows 7 comes back from "sleep", I get the
following error message:

 



 

It doesn't seem to hurt anything, pidgin seems to work just fine. Anyone
have any ideas what might be going wrong?
