HELP with Pidgin

Hi,

can You please tell me why my Pidgin Messenger isn't working? I tried to log in but it's not letting me in whether how many times I try or change the settings. Is there some problem with Pidgin or is it just my computer? 

It just says : "the server does not support the protocol"
