Strange behaviour when installing Turkish version of Pidgin

I've installed latest Pidgin (2.6.4 Turkish)

Installer let me only 2 language options in the begining: English & Kurdi.
It's supposed to be Turkish version.

My operation system is Windows XP SP3.
