I can't connect to Gtalk via Pidgin

Hello!
I tried to connect to Gtalk via Pidgin at my home computer and at my office computer.
At home everything is OK.
At my job computer I typed the same values of parameters but the connection faild (Impossible to connect to server).

How to solve this problem? I want to use xmpp because ICQ often change their protocol.

At my work there is a local network and we connect to internet via proxy server. But our system administrator said that we have internet connection as without proxy. I'm not a specialist in this questions.

My settings are in the attachment.
