In fairness, the question was ambiguously worded.  The only mention to
Google Apps was "using gmail for organizations", which isn't the
product's primary branding.

The message then goes on to say "to use our gmail addresses to chat",
which indicates that they're not using Google Apps as Google Apps users
don't receive Gmail addresses.
