Avatar and personal smiles troubles

Hello guys, i'm french so please excuse my (very bad english).

I have two problems:
-i cannot see every avatars in the buddy list, some are downloaded, some
aren't
-i cannot see every buddy personnal smiles, most of 'em are displayed in a
little blak square with a litte red cross.
