not connecting....

i was needing help with my xmpp account on pidgin chat.... everytime i try
to connect or enable my account it say
jwhite1484 at gmail.com/Homedisabled   not authorized.....
and it is getting real frustrating lol..... you help with this matter would
be greatly appreciated....
