THANK YOU! I was having the same frustrating problem with the same bot and
couldn't get rid of it. However, it's not as easy as just sending them the
number 5. I had to go into the privacy policy first where it instructed me
to type CANCEL -- then I got a menu where the #5 choice was 'unsubscribe to
all'. I did that and now it's gone - and hasn't come back.
