Required Assistance - Pidgin

Hi,
Hope all is well!!

My name is Praveen and do work on remote desktop all the time. I have few
queries to ask if anyone can help me out.


   1. Can Pidgin has a plug in to pop up new window above all screens to
   show the arrival of every new message? This will prevent us from minimizing
   remote desktop to check if any new IM has arrived.
   2. Is there a possibility to add Google apps because we have
   purchased Google account for our official business id?
   3. Can we add our own customized sounds to pidgin? This will prevent
   sounds which might be disturbing to anyone.

Let me know if this is possible.
