Yahoo connection issue

All,

 

I recently upgraded from 2.5.6 to 2.5.8 to fix the Yahoo connection
problem as indicated here

I've followed all the links, tried all the suggestions, but still get an
"Unknown error number 1013.  Logging into the Yahoo! Website may fix
this."  (It does not, btw).  Any ideas?
