Where did you pick up the term "Random Monotone?" Monotone is the name
of the version control system we use to store development source code
for Pidgin. You should not need to deal with monotone unless you are
developing for unreleased versions of Pidgin or writing patches.
If you just need to use Pidgin, you can download the source code or
specific compiled releases for several operating systems directly.
If you are looking for some sort of plugin, if you can clarify, perhaps
we can help you find it.
