Problems with pidgin

Pidgin Team, 

My Pidgin was working "fine" until today. 
Now, when I try to open my MSN account, it automatically close Pidgin (this does not happen when opening yahoo or gtalk accounts). 

I have this version: Pidgin 2.5.5-1.el5 
And I'm running it over Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop 

Could you please help me with this? What could be the problem?
