Hi Scott.  To set a buddy icon for yourself just click on the little
placeholder icon in the bottom right corner of the Pidgin buddy list.
Or you can set a different icon for each account by editing your
account, checking the "Use this buddy icon for this account" box and
clicking the placeholder icon to browser to the image you want to use.
