How to greate a google talk account

Hi,

I have a linus notebook with pidgin programme already installed.I try to register/save my google talk account but without succes.Can you please assist me with what to fill in on the folllowing column.

1-Domain
2-Resource
3-ID

Note that my google email address is ukhagbe at gmail.com
