Autoconfigure Contact List/Pidgin XMPP

Hello....
I'm using a ejabberd serve on a debian pc, but i can't find a way that
when i logon the contact list sincrhonize automatically beetwen the
server an the local machine...

Is there a way to do that???

And if it is possible, to have some way to autoconfigure it, i mean,
create an script or something that when you logon to the domain (windows
2k3 server), you can logon automatically with your user name
