Dropped (large) messages with Pidgin 2.5.5 and OTR plugin

Yeah, it's 2.5.5.  The OTR folks suggested that Yahoo might have
increased the overhead in its messages, and they gave me a setting to
try to manually change the maximum size OTR sends, but I haven't gotten
around to testing that yet.
