Group message option

Do you want to send messages to all users in a buddy group or do you
want to use chatrooms?

The former is not supported by Pidgin due to its high likelyness to be
abused (unless you're the admin of an XMPP/Jabber server and you want to
send a message to all of your users), the latter is supported (see FAQ).

Does Pidgin support group messaging?  If not, do you have a location
that I can gain a plugin to allow this operation?
