There is no such release.  There was some previous work done to this end
and they had reached a point of getting nullclient to function, but the
project was discontinued if I recall correctly and I am not aware of any
alternatives.

Pidgin has many dependencies that are not currently available for
Apple's mobile devices and until those are ported to work on the
platform, Pidgin's components cannot run either.  Without GTK+ being
ported, it would require implementation of a completely new user
interface.  We certainly welcome any developers to take on this task as
long as the work is compliant with the GPL.
