Pidgin and Facebook

Hi,

I am using Pidgin 2.6.3 on a Windows Vista machine. I enabled and set up my
Facebook account with Pidgin, but I cannot see my friends who are online (on
Facebook) in my buddy list. When they IM me, their names show up as numbers.
I had it working where I could see my friends, but then one day they just
disappeared for no apparent reason. Pidgin still connects to my Facebook
account correctly, I just can't see my friends. Why is this happening? What
can I do to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
