Custom MSN smiley causes refresh problem

Yes. I minimized and restored it.
I also covered it with another windows and the uncovered it.

In both cases the messages were visible after that.

And the problem is still there in v2.6.3 (WinXP, MSN).

Is there a ticket open for this?
