When I was using GAIM, I had it configured so that when I closed GAIM and came back later, the previous conversations were still viewable in the upper window. Pidgin is not doing that even though I have logging turned on. What am I missing? Also, how do I configure Pidgin to participate in the #pidgin IRC chat channel? It's new to me.
