It sounds like you probably entered your IM username and password into
a phishing site.  Given your citigroup signature, I find this
particularly priceless.

If the web site didn't do particularly evil things like change your
associated email contact, you should be able to change your account
password to a new, strong password and prevent future information
changes by the phishing site.
