Problem receiving message

I'm using Pidgin 2.6.5 and i can't receive every messages on Msn Messenger.
I mean there is 1/10 message i can see. For the others my contacts get the
message "The following message could not be delivered to all recipients" (in
french of course).

How to solve this problem? Thanks for your help.
