Error: Installed today, can't connect

Hallo

100716191(My ICQ Account Number) -> disconnected

When trying to log into ICQ, get the following error:

http://api.oscar.aol.com/aim/startOSCARSession: useTLS=1 is not allowed for non secure requests.

What can I do?
