aim unexpected response

Hi!


i want to know why my email from aim (in my case fmartins at mail.com) can't log in pidgin.
in aim webpage http://products.aim.com/ i'm can connect without anyproblem, but in pidgin allways say's 


" fmartins at mail.com disabled.
 Received unexpected response from http://api.oscar.aol.com/aim/startOSCARSession: useTLS=1 is not allowed for non secure requests. "


what can i do to configure if possible of course.
