Pidgin 2.7.8 released!

Hi all,

Pidgin 2.7.8 has been released.  This is a bugfix release, with 9 MSN bugs and
several other minor bugs fixed.  Additionally, it includes a UI hack to assist
in the first-time setup of Facebook Chat accounts, just as we did for Google Talk.
