multi user message (broad coast Message)

Hi,

 

I am using the pidgin as a LAN messenger, so please help me how I can send
the broad coast message over my network  or specific user Or groups. 

Currently I have installed the pidgin version is  "Pidgin 2.7.3 (libpurple
2.7.3) "  0f25fe5523bd7d9bdd4888e8323bfffb157afa57
