problem in a msn group chat

I have a problem with a msn group chat.

I can't see the users nicknames...
when I receive a message, the group name appears, and this happens for all
the messages that I receive

do you know if there is a solution for this problem?
I´m using the pidgin 2.6.5 in a windows xp system
