installed 2.6.5 from 2.6.4

After installing 2.6.5 I cannot use the service and get the message seen
below:

 

Received unexpected response from

> http://api.oscar.aol.com/aim/startOSCARSession.

> Uninstalled cleaned the registry and even tried to remove 2.6.5 and
reinstalled 2.6.4  now it does not function either

And I am still getting the error message.  No luck still receiving athe
error noted above... Saw several of the exact 

same comments on the forum...  Do not use Proxy server... Residential
account.
