won't go off disabled

received unexpected response from "hhtp api oscar aol com aim statOSCARSession"

have gone to accounts and did the password again and still get a disabled.  
dorisah disabled and the above statement.  
I am running windows 7 on this computer.  
I get go to buddies and go back on conversations but can't log on.
