Users are confused because even as they check localization they need,
Pidgin still starts in English and shows no sign of switching language.
Checking Spanish or Russian localization checkbox is no big deal really,
but to switch Pidgin language Windows users must create an environment
variable. I am a programmer, so this is not a problem for me, but I can
imagine users who don't even know *what is* environment variable and how
to operate it. How it looks on Linux, I can't say though. And if
installer will set that variable automatically when translations will be
updated I can not say either.

This is just my personal opinion.
